'Gossip Girl' Kelly Rutherford warned the dispute: "What happened?

  "Gossip Girl" star Kelly Rutherford is the mother of two young children - but the only way they get to see these days is to take an international flight. "He has no motivation to return to the country," said Rutherford. "They live in the house of a friend of his mother in France - it's not even in his name."

"Good faith efforts are extremely subjective," she said. "Americans have the right to due process and equal protection, and children are U.S. citizens, and they were actually deported to another country."
